Our history
Paper Tiger Nigeria Ltd (PTNL) traces its history to 2008, when it was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company serving government agencies, private organisations, individuals and a broad range of clientele. Over the years, the company and its collaborating partners have participated in the production of ballot papers under valid contract awards from various governments and electoral bodies.

Since 2012, Paper Tiger has partnered with APSPSL to operate an INEC-approved secure printing facility, delivering specialised security printing with advanced production systems, strict chain-of-custody procedures, and full compliance with regulatory and security standards.
